Organisational Reflections

As outlined in the Group section my work in broader organisational settings is similar.

The key goal to my "Reflections" session work is to overall improve communications within teams via a more structured disclosure/feedback model of self/team awareness.

This is done with the aim to ultimately improve and enhance relationships with greater team effectiveness and productivity. This can be achieved through the development of more trusting relationships within individuals part of the team and hence can solve issues and work more effectively as a team.

The SCOPE:
This is an experiential learning process where group members learn most effectively by studying the very interactional network in which they are part of.

A communication model will be applied to potentially improve understanding between individuals within a team or in a group setting.

The aim is to bring about some change in the context of the members’ work environment- in behaviour, in attitudes, in values, ; or in one’s relationship to others or to their workplace by way of a disclosure/feedback model of self awareness.

The team members will have the opportunity to reflect on their ‘self’ and ‘others’ - “others” meaning other team members in the group.

Via sensitive facilitation, the team members will be encouraged to set some team goals; agree on ways to enable giving and accepting feedback from others and overall will develop a greater understanding of their team dynamic.
